Terms & Conditions

BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

Please be advised that all bookings are subject to availability and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist and to avoid disappointment.

To check availability or to make a Spa booking, please contact only The Care Day Spa Reception.


HEALTH CONCERNS

Please advise our staff at time of booking if you, or the person you are booking for has any health concerns, as not all treatments may be suitable for you. This also includes if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Our aim is to be able to offer you the treatment that best suits your needs.


PREGNANCY POLICY

Our policy states we will not carry out any treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. After this, we can offer the following treatments:

  • The Care Face Treatments
  • The Care Nail Treatments


SMOKING POLICY

The Care Day Spa is a non-smoking area.


VOUCHERS

You may purchase vouchers for gifts either via email or telephone at The Care Day Spa Reception.
These are valid for 6 months and it is Company policy that we do not extend this period.
A voucher may be lost if your schedule more than two appointments and do not come or do not cancel in time (24 hours before).


LATE ARRIVAL

When a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the receptionist as soon as possible.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, as we must complete your personal service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.


WHAT TO WEAR

You may wear whatever you wish to your appointment. We will provide you with a locker, slippers, disposable underwear and towels for your spa treatment. Please, in order to preserve the quality of the therapy, nudity is prohibited during the treatment.


MOBILE PHONES

Your phone must be turned off while in the Spa and relaxation areas, conversation is fine but please be respectful of other clients who may having a post treatment rest.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS

You will be issued with a personal locker upon entry however, The Care Day Spa does not accept responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen whilst on the premises. It is recommended that valuables not be brought onto the premises.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Cash, VISA and MasterCard.
Please note, we do not accept cheques for payment.
The price are subject to 12,5% Government Tax and 5% Services.
